The Committee took evidence on the Valuation and Rating (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021 from—

Tom Arthur, Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth, Anouk Berthier, Non-Domestic Rates Policy and David Smith, Lawyer , Scottish Government.

The following interests were declared—

Meghan Gallacher as a councillor in North Lanarkshire Council; and

Elena Whitham as a councillor in East Ayrshire Council.
