The Committee took evidence from—

Professor Cam Donaldson, Professor of Health Economics, Glasgow Caledonian University;

Carol Calder, Audit Director, Performance Audit & Best Value, Audit Scotland;

Professor Chik Collins, Director, Glasgow Centre for Population Health;

Stephen Boyd, Director, IPPR Scotland.

Sandesh Gulhane declared an interest as a practising NHS GP.
