1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.


2. Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2.

Sandesh Gulhane declared an interest as a practising NHS GP.

The following amendments were agreed to (without division): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 25 and 10.

The Committee agreed its approach to the inquiry.
