Letter from Michael Matheson regarding the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 2020, 23 July 2021
Dear Convener,
I am writing to advise you that Scottish Ministers have completed a review of the above regulations and related instruments. Following this review, Scottish Ministers have assessed that there continues to be a need for the regulations to remain in place, to protect public health in Scotland.
The Scottish Ministers must review the need for the requirements imposed by these regulations at least once every 28 days, with the next review being carried out by 23 August 2021.
Best Wishes
