The Committee took evidence on the Scottish Government's response to its Budget Scrutiny 2023-24 report from—

John Swinney, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for COVID Recovery, Scottish Government.

2. Budget (Scotland) (No. 2) Bill:

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2.

The following provisions were agreed to: section 1, schedule 1, section 2, schedule 2, section 3, schedule 3, sections 4 to 11 and the long title.

The Committee completed Stage 2 consideration of the Bill.
