1. Budget Scrutiny 2022-23:
The Committee took evidence on the Scottish Government's response to its Budget Scrutiny 2022-23 report from—
Kate Forbes, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Economy and Douglas McLaren, Deputy Director, Budget, Pay and Pensions, Scottish Government.
2. Budget (Scotland) Bill:
The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2.
The following amendments were agreed to (without division): 1, 2, 3.
The following provisions were agreed to without amendment: section 1, section 2, schedule 2, section 3, schedule 3, sections 5 to 11 and the long title.
The following provisions were agreed to as amended: schedule 1 and section 4.
The Committee completed Stage 2 consideration of the Bill.
