The Committee took evidence from the following members of the Scottish Government's Expert Panel—
Professor Sir Anton Muscatelli, Principal and Vice-Chancellor, University of Glasgow;
Professor Frances Ruane, Chair of the National Competitiveness and Productivity Council and Research Affiliate, Economic and Social Research Institute;
Dr Mike Brewer, Chief Economist and Deputy Chief Executive, Resolution Foundation.
