The Committee took evidence from—

Jonathan Broadbery, Director of Policy and External Communications, National Day Nurseries Association;

Graeme McAlister, Chief Executive, Scottish Childminding Association;

Jane Brumpton, Chief Executive, Early Years Scotland.

2. Work programme (In Private):

The Committee considered and agreed its work programme.

The Committee agreed to consider a proposed contingent liability in private at a future meeting.
