The Committee considered the following negative instrument— Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Use of Member Information) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/375).
3. Budget Scrutiny 2024-25:
The Committee took evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2024-25 from—
Clare Gallagher, Human Rights Officer, CEMVO (Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations) Scotland;
Professor O'Hagan, Chair, Scottish Government Equalities and Human Rights Budget Advisory Group;
