1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.

The Committee took evidence from—
Professor Katie Boyle, Chair of International Human Rights Law, University of Stirling;
Alan Miller, Professor of Practice in Human Rights Law and Dr Elaine Webster, Reader in Law, University of Strathclyde.
3. Consideration of evidence (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence it heard under agenda item 2.
4. Work programme (In Private):
The Committee considered its work programme. As part of the consideration, the Committee agreed its initial approach to the Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Bill and future engagement sessions to further inform its Asylum Seekers in Scotland inquiry.
