1. Budget Scrutiny 2023 - 2024:
The Committee heard evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2023-24 from—
Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, Clare Haughey MSP, Minister for Children and Young People, and Eleanor Passmore, Deputy Director for Early Learning and Childcare, Scottish Government.

The Committee considered the following negative instruments— Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022
St Mary’s Music School (Aided Places) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2022
3. Evidence Session (In Private):
