1. Subordinate legislation:
The heard evidence on SSI 2023/142: The Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 from—

2. Evidence Session (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
3. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report. Various changes were agreed to. The Committee agreed to delegate to the Convener responsibility for finalising the draft report for publication.
The Committee considered the arrangements for publication of the report. The Committee agreed, by division, that Members would not comment on the report during the embargo period, prior to publication.
