1. Subordinate legislation:
The Committee heard evidence on the Police Act 1997 (Offences in Schedules 8A and 8B) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2022 and the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2022 from—

The Committee agreed to write to all local authorities regarding communications around funded ELC for children whose entry to primary 1 will be deferred.The Committee also agreed to write to the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills regarding college governance.
