The Committee heard evidence from—

Ellie Gomersall, President, National Union of Students Scotland;

Karen Watt, Chief Executive, Scottish Funding Council;
Professor George Boyne, Principal of the University of Aberdeen, representing Universities Scotland.

The Committee considered and made no comment on the following negative instrument— Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Rules of Procedure in Children’s Hearings) Amendment Rules 2022
