4. Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard under agenda item 2.

5. Work programme (In Private):

The Committee further discussed the approach to its inquiry on the disability employment gap, agreed on the schedule of witnesses, and discussed potential engagement opportunities.

6. Just Transition for the North East and Moray (In Private):

The Committee considered a revised draft report. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
