1. Just Transition for the Grangemouth area (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report, various changes were agreed to and a revised draft will be considered at its next meeting.
2. Data Protection and Digital Information (No.2) Bill and Electronic Trade Documents Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):
The Committee considered its approach to scrutiny of two Legislative Consent Memorandums lodged by Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy (LCM(S6) 36) and (LCM(S6) 37). The Committee agreed to invite the Cabinet Secretary to give evidence on both LCMs.
