The Committee agreed to take items 3 and 4 in private and to take consideration of its approach to scrutiny of two Legislative Consent Memorandums in private at its next meeting.
The Committee took evidence from—
David Wilson, Board Chair, Sam Ghibaldan, Chief Executive, Susan Bomphray, Director of Operations, Douglas White, Director of Policy and Advocacy and David Eiser, Director of Analysis, Research and Investigations, Consumer Scotland .
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
The Committee considered its approach to post-legislative scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and agreed to consider a further paper at a future meeting.
