S6M-03050—That the Economy and Fair Work Committee recommends that the Digital Government (Scottish Bodies) Regulations 2022 be approved.

The Committee took evidence from—
Jennifer Henderson, Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, Registers of Scotland.
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting, agreed to maintain a watching brief and receive monthly written updates and hold a further evidence session with the Keeper in due course.
The Committee considered its approach to scrutiny of two proposed common frameworks on public procurement and late payment (commercial transactions) and agreed to write to the Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills.
