1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 3 and 4 in private.
2. Registers of Scotland:
The Committee took evidence from—
Jennifer Henderson, Keeper and Chief Executive of the Registers of Scotland and Christopher Kerr,Registration and Policy Director, Registers of Scotland .
3. Registers of Scotland:
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and agreed to await the further information that the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland undertook to provide.
4. Scotland's supply chain:
The Committee considered the Scottish Government's response to its report and agreed to invite the Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise to give evidence.
