1. Declaration of interests:

The Committee took evidence from—

Carroll Buxton, Interim Chief Executive and Nick Kenton,Director of Finance and Corporate Service, Highlands and Islands Enterprise .

4. UK Subordinate Legislation:

The Committee noted the Scottish Government's consent notification in respect of the following instrument —

The Recognition of Professional Qualifications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021.

5. Economic recovery:

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

6. Work programme:

The Committee considered its work programme and agreed to consider an inquiry paper at a future meeting.
