The Committee agreed to take items 3, 4, 5 and 6 in private.

The Committee agreed to bring to the attention of the Parliament the following—

Environmental Protection (Disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls and other Dangerous Substances) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/78)

3. Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Member in charge of the Bill, Maurice Golden MSP.

5. Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered and agreed an update to its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.

6. Work programme (in private):

The Committee considered its upcoming session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business.
