5. Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Member in charge of the Bill, Liam McArthur MSP.

6. Annual report (in private):

The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
