The Committee took evidence from—

Siobhian Brown, Minister for Victims and Community Safety, Michael Paparakis, Policy and Bill Programme Manager accompanied by Megan Stefaniak, Solicitor, Scottish Government.



6. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.


7. Work programme (in private):

The Committee considered its work programme and agreed to hold a business planning session on Tuesday 25 June. It also agreed to hold an inquiry into framework legislation, later in the year.
