The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land) Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft)
Provision of Early Learning and Childcare (Specified Children) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023 (SSI 2023/Draft)

The Committee agreed to bring to the attention of the Parliament the following—
First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber (Amendment) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/6)
Carol Mochan declared an interest as a registered landlord with rented property.
The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—
Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/7)

5. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill (in private):
The Committee considered a revised draft Stage 1 report and agreed to report to the lead Committee on the Bill, the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee.
