4. Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government.


5. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to report to the lead Committee on the Bill, the Criminal Justice Committee.


6. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered and agreed to note a letter from the Minister for Victims and Community Safety regarding two proposed delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3.


7. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered and agreed its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
