The Committee considered the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. The Committee agreed to invite stakeholders and the Scottish Government to give evidence at future meetings.

7. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered a revised draft report, with various changes agreed. The Committee delegated responsibility to the Convener for finalising its publication.
