The Committee will consider the response received from the Scottish Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill (UK Parliament legislation).


7. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill

The Committee will consider an update on the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill following recent amendments to the Bill in the UK Parliament.


8. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill

The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
