1. Decision on taking business in private:

4. Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2 and agreed to report to the Parliament.

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 1 March 2022 to 12 May 2022 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
