9. Social Security (Up-rating of Benefits) Bill (UK Parliament legislation):
The Committee was content with the power to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Social Security (Up-rating of Benefits) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) and agreed to write to the lead committee.
