1. Excess deaths in Scotland since the start of the pandemic (In Private):
The Committee agreed a draft letter to the Scottish Government.
2. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 6 in private.
3. Covid-19 Update; the Coronavirus Acts: Two-Monthly Reports to the Scottish Parliament; and Subordinate legislation:
The Committee took evidence on a COVID-19 update; the Coronavirus Acts: Twelfth Two-Monthly Report to Scottish Parliament and Eleventh FOI Report; and the following instrument—

4. Subordinate legislation:
John Swinney, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for COVID Recovery moved —S6M-03976—That the COVID-19 Recovery Committee recommends that the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Requirements) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 6) Regulations 2022 be approved.
