The Parliament has also previously agreed a Written Agreement on the provision of information in relation to Inter-Governmental Relations which is currently under review. 

The Committee and the Scottish Government jointly commissioned Professor Nicola McEwen and Dr Coree Brown Swan to research the implementation of the Written Agreement on Intergovernmental Relations: You can read the commissioned research here 

The findings of the research are intended to inform the review of the Written Agreement and work which is ongoing.
