On 13 December 2023, Parliament agreed motion S6M-11641, that consideration of the Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1 be completed by 31 May 2024.
On 15 May 2024, Parliament agreed motion S6M-13219, that consideration of the Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1 be extended to 7 June 2024.
